Outline
This 10-week online course offers a unique combination of topics related to legal aspects of
international trade and finance. It consists of various aspects of the rapidly changing
international contractual structure of international finance including simple term loans
transactions, syndicated loans, equity and debt securities, project finance as well as legal aspects of international payment including letters of credit and other methods of payment. This course uniquely adopts an international approach contextualised for Ghana, and is brought to you by MountCrest University College in collaboration with the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, University of London.
