How To Apply

There are two (2) admissions in a year – February/March and September/October. Applicants can either download a copy of the form online or purchase it from our bookshop when admissions are open. Kindly see below for a  step-by-step process of how to apply.

Application Process (Ghanaian Applicants Only)

  1. Download the form that pertains to your admission or a copy purchase from our bookshop / MCU registry.
  2. Return the completed form with all required documents and an application fee of GH¢400.00.
  3. Next, after we are done reviewing your application, you will be notified of your interview date.
  4. Last but not least, if your application is successful, we will offer you a place and provide you with all the information you need to start your journey with MCU.
  5. Completed forms can be submitted in person or posted to the address below:
    • The Registrar,

    • 12 Ablade Road, Kanda Estate,
    • P.O. Box YK 1408,
    • Kanda, Accra.

International applicants

  1. International applicants are required to pay MCU a non-refundable application fee of US$150.00. This fee can be paid directly or wire transferred into the account below.

  2. Next click on apply online located at the bottom of the page to open the online application portal.
  3. At the online application portal, “Create an account”  and log in to begin the application process.
  4. Fill each section on the application form thoroughly, upload scanned copies of all required documents as well as a scanned copy of the pay-in-slips and click on “I Agree” on the “Review & Declaration” page to submit your application.
  5. Print, Download or Save a copy of the “Proof of Applications” to complete the application process.
  6. Next, after we are done reviewing your application, you will be notified of your interview date.
  7. Last but not least, if you are successful we will offer you a place and we will provide you with all the information you need to start your journey with MCU.
Please note!! No application will be processed without proof of payment of the fee.
